Jessica Hogan grew up with the smell of home baking and arguably the best scones in the world. Her Mum and Nana were great influences, teaching her the family secrets and giving her a passion for great baking that brings people together. One fateful day Jessica tried her hand at brownies, and everyone agreed - she had to make more!

Just Baked Brownie Co was born from Jess's first experiments with flavoured brownies. The raspberry brownie was a hit, and soon more flavours followed until Jess knew she needed to find a way to share these with more than just a few friends. Because that's what she loves about baking these delicious little squares of delight: They put a smile on people's faces and like all good baking are perfect for sharing with those you love. Just Baked Brownie Co is Jess's passion, and she can't wait to share some of her delicious creations.
